Support — Bonds

Need a hand?

Email hello@axstudios.app and a person will read it. We aim to reply within two working days.

How to play

Blocks fall one at a time into a grid six columns wide. Any straight line — across or down — whose digits add up to exactly ten clears away.

Common questions

Which difficulty should a child start on?

Easy. It never withholds a digit and runs a slower clock — it is built for learning the bonds rather than testing them. Bonds to ten are KS1 material, roughly ages five to seven.

My scores have disappeared

Records are stored on your device only, never in an account or the cloud. Deleting and reinstalling clears them, and they do not transfer to a new phone. That is a direct consequence of the app collecting nothing about you — there is no server holding a copy.

Why does each difficulty have its own best score?

Easy scores higher than Hard for the same standard of play, so one shared record would quietly become the Easy record and nothing on Hard would ever beat it again.

What is the five-letter code on the end card?

It names that exact game. Every game is built from that code, so the same code always gives the same blocks in the same order. Share it and someone else can play the identical game.

Does Bonds collect any of my data?

No. It contains no network code at all. See the privacy policy.

Is there an Android version?

Not at present. Bonds is built for iPhone, iOS 17 and later.

Reporting a problem

Email hello@axstudios.app. It helps a great deal if you include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and — if it happened during a particular game — the five-letter code from the end card, since that lets us replay the exact game you saw.
