The short version

Bonds collects no data whatsoever. It contains no network code, so it cannot send anything anywhere — to us or to anyone else. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.

Bonds is developed and published by AX Studio Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. This policy explains what that means in full.

Data we collect

None.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, advertising identifier, IP address or usage statistics. There is no account to create.

What the app stores on your device

Bonds saves four whole numbers to your iPhone’s standard app storage:

• Your best score
• Your deepest chain
• Your longest single run
• Your highest number of perfect clears in one game

Those are kept separately for each difficulty. That is the complete list of everything Bonds writes anywhere. The numbers never leave your device, we cannot see them, and deleting the app deletes them.

Third parties

There are none. Bonds contains no third-party software of any kind: no advertising network, no analytics provider, no crash reporter, no social component, and no software development kits beyond Apple’s own frameworks that ship with iOS.

Because nothing is collected, there is nothing to sell, share or disclose, and we do none of those things.

Children’s privacy

Bonds is rated 4+ and listed in the App Store Kids Category. It is safe for children for the simplest possible reason: it collects nothing from anybody, whatever their age. There is no advertising, no chat, no user-generated content, no links out of the app, and no way for a child using it to contact anyone or be contacted.

We do not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16, because we do not collect personal information from anyone.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have rights to access, correct, erase and port your personal data. We hold no personal data about users of Bonds, so there is nothing for us to provide, correct, erase or transfer. You can still write and we will confirm the same.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Bonds ever collects anything, this policy will be updated before that version is released and the date above will change. We would say so plainly in the release notes too.
